Exact time and position unknown. It has been confirmed that the Senegalese Navy have
arrested a suspect Mother Vessel described as a tug type vessel in South Senegalese
waters. It is believed that this Mother Vessel was used in the attack on OCEAN
SPLENDOR (CW Alert 0015-15). Once more information has been confirmed Clearwater
will update this alert.
UPDATE: Suspect mother vessel name has been released and confirmed as MV DOLA.

The suspected mother vessel believed to have been previously involved in the following
alerts CW Alert 0398-14 (23/11/14) - Mother vessel sighted within Gabonese waters
and CW Alert 0411-14 (30/11/14) - Attack against a product tanker 46Nm SSW of Sao
Tome Island has been re-sighted approximately 30 Nm South West of Forcados
Terminal, West Africa. All vessels within the vicinity of this alert are advised to operate
CW ALERT 0060-15 with a heightened level of security.

A report states that the MT SITULA was anchored in South Akwa Ibom when she was
approached and then boarded by an unknown number of robbers. An alert was sent
over VHF to which a security vessel responded. The robbers stole some ship's stores
and then escaped before the security vessel arrived.
